Senna Hue Hotel

We loved the world-class breakfast with both Hue and Western cuisines, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Premium Garden View Double room was spacious and had speedy internet. All the movie channels you'd want. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Hue Citadel.

The laundry service was a bit pricey.

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The venue is clean, with stunning and excellent location very close to restaurants and bars, nightlife, and the Citadel. Overall delicious food, plus there is Century Pub Beer Garden close by.

The staff in general is especially helpful.

The Premium Garden View Double room sparked joy with its generous space and clever decoration. Breakfast left a lasting impression. Fresh pastries and a variety of choices tempted me each morning. Special commendations to Trang Tran at reception for her attentiveness and helpfulness in organizing tours. The pool area was fine and clean. While the bed offered a nice firmness, the squeaking when I moved was a minor annoyance. Street noise was a bit more noticeable than I expected for a hotel of this caliber. Waiting an hour for ice felt excessive. Despite these small hiccups, the attentive staff and good ambiance were great.

A good breakfast surprise

Waking up each morning to the aroma of fresh pastries and an extensive buffet was a highlight of our stay. The staff's friendliness, and the relaxing massage at the spa was the perfect end to long days of exploring. The hotel's location made it easy to reach restaurants and attractions nearby.

I found the cleanliness of the bedroom floors could have been improved as it felt a bit dusty. The shower setup was less than ideal, with slippery floors due to leaks that could pose a safety risk.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, right at city center. The staff was caring and attentive all the time.

I appreciated very pleasant and amazingly nice personnel that ensures guests have a comfortable stay. There is variety of APPETISING food for breakfast.

Don't miss the dinner buffet with themed nights for a good culinary experience.

The huge, well-appointed room was a standout! Loved the amazing rainforest shower and comfy bed. Just wish the breakfast had more veggie options 🌿

Only five sun chairs around the pool in a hotel with 129 rooms!!! No hooks or bars for towels in the bathroom, frustrating. The room descriptions online could use a thorough update to avoid confusion!!!

Some parts impressed, others didn't

A huge highlight was the excellent buffet breakfast, offering both local and international favorites. The friendliness of the staff made every interaction warm and pleasant.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the need to wait excessively for ice-an hour felt way too long.

The spacious rooms were perfect for us. We visited the Thiên Mụ pagoda and the Citadel, both super close by. Staff were helpful, and the garden added a nice touch. Breakfast had tons of options. A relaxing stay you won't forget!
